WHAT TO EXPECT / THE 3 PHASES of your session
During each session Abi will lead you through her unique and transformational method which includes her 3 phases of connection & energy.
Phase 1 / GROUND / YOU . RECONNECTED
During this phase Abi will guide you to begin to create space for yourself, becoming present, quieting your body, and listening to what is coming up. You will begin to dissolve stress, let emotions expand and come to the surface. You will begin to flow.
Phase 2 / GROW / YOU . UNFURLING
In this 2nd phase of The ABI Method, you will relearn the roadmap of your body, going deeper, reclaim your power & control, and begin to ride the rhythm of your breath.
Phase 3 / GLOW / YOU . EMBODIED
During the final phase of The ABI Method, you will embrace the shifts, let your inner universe shine begin to outward, and connect your inner & outer landscapes.

Breathwork is not advised for certain people. If you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, history of seizures or epilepsy, severe mental health issues, if you are pregnant or recently undergone surgery or ongoing healing from a severe injury, it is adivsed NOT to practice this style of Breathwork. Cette expérience de Breathwork Transformationnelle de The Abi Method convient à un large éventail de personnes recherchant un bien-être holistique, une découverte de soi et une autonomisation personnelle.
Elle convient notamment aux personnes qui cherchent à soulager le stress, à favoriser la guérison émotionnelle, à augmenter leur vitalité, à approfondir la connexion corps-esprit, à se régénérer au niveau cellulaire et à rechercher la relaxation profonde.
Contre-indications :
La pratique de la respiration n'est pas recommandée pour certaines personnes. Si vous avez des antécédents de problèmes cardiovasculaires, de troubles respiratoires, d'épilepsie ou de crises, de graves problèmes de santé mentale, si vous êtes enceinte ou avez récemment subi une chirurgie ou si vous êtes en cours de guérison d'une blessure grave, il est conseillé de NE PAS pratiquer ce style de respiration.
