This Transformational Breathwork session is designed as a full-body and mind reset to help you release built-up stress, emotional stagnation, and mental fatigue.
Guided by Abi, specialist in nervous system regulation, this immersive experience combines conscious connected breathing, guided meditation, and restorative integration techniques.
Expect to:
- Reconnect to your body through the breath
- Activate energy flow through the heart and solar plexus centers
- Gently clear out what’s no longer needed
- Invite in clarity, lightness, and emotional freedom
We’ll close the session with a moment of stillness, journaling, and a summer-inspired tea ritual.
Come as you are — no experience required. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to let go.
This session involves deep, active breathing which may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your doctor or avoid this practice if you have:
Cardiovascular issues or a history of heart attack
High or low blood pressure (unregulated)
Epilepsy or severe neurological conditions
Serious psychiatric conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
Severe asthma (unless cleared by a doctor)
Pregnancy beyond the first trimester
Recent surgery or unmanaged chronic pain
