Sip the Ritual is a seasonal tea collection with Herborisia, a Parisian herbalist known for the quality and integrity of their plants.
Each blend is designed as a pause — supporting digestion, immunity, and nervous system balance through warmth, breath, and presence.
Each tea box includes:
a seasonal herbal blend
a QR code to access a 4-minute guided breathing meditation
a simple ritual to support integration at home
This tea is not a supplement.

The Abi Method is a seasonal, breath-led approach to nervous system regulation, clarity, and embodied presence.
It unfolds in three intuitive stages:

Expand awareness. Breathwork and gentle practices support emotional release, clarity, and energetic reset.
