Sensorial Breathing Ritual
A guided breathing meditation designed to calm the nervous system, restore clarity, and gently re-energise the body.
Led by Abigail Taugwalder, founder of Garden of Abi, this 60-minute experience blends conscious breathing and soundhealing — adapted to remain accessible, grounding, and safe.
The ritual is supported by Prestesse’s care-wear pieces, inviting participants to experience how breath, body, and what we wear interact to create a sense of inner and outer ease.
This is not a performance practice.
It is an invitation to slow down, reset, and arrive fully in the body.

arrival & gentle movement to release tension
grounding through conscious breathing
guided breathing meditation to regulate the nervous system
